# Return & Refund Policy


We want you to love your purchase! But if something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.  


## 1. 30-Day Return Window

You have **30 calendar days** from the date you receive your order to request a return.  

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.


## 2. Return Shipping Costs

- For most returns, **customers are responsible for return shipping costs.**  

- If your item arrives **damaged or defective**, we’ll cover the return shipping.


## 3. Restocking Fee

A small **3% handling fee** will be applied to all eligible returns.  

This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.


## 4. How to Start a Return

Simply contact our customer service team within the return window.  

Please provide your **order number** and the reason for return.  

We’ll give you the instructions and return address.


## 5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.  

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.  

Refunds will exclude the 3% fee and original shipping costs.  


Please note: It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
